NASHL2.0 S03 Playoffs Hunt (Ver. 3.7)

Post by STL - Scott » November 1st, 2019, 5:01 pm

Everyone has around 6-8 games left, and we are near the end of the regular season.

A “quality team” is one when the team has a winning record, e.g. points are equal or greater than games
played. There are currently 9 quality teams in the NASHL, and the league average is 6.7 games remaining
(GR) with 2.3 games verses quality teams (VQT). Teams marked with a “*” have punched their ticket into
the playoffs.

So here are the current first-round playoff matchups, based on the current standings (As of Friday,
Nov 1 2019):

Only one team – New York Rangers - has been eliminated (beauty of the 3-point system) and 9 teams –
4 in East, 5 in West –have punched their playoff ticket.

In both Conferences, there was some shuffling around, but only one team – Toronto Maple Leafs – fell
out of a playoff spot to be replaced by the San Jose Sharks.

It’ll be an interesting race to the playoff finish line. Good Luck for the remainder of the season!
